窯出し オリジナルのうつわ

オリジナルの器「 雲　取鉢 」の窯出しが終わりました。



雲　取鉢 (Cloud bowl)　価格:未定 size: width19cm x hight4cm
雲は古くから様々な装飾のモチーフとして使われています。
この雲に盛るたべものを昇華し、
食への感謝のきもちを形にできると思い作りました。

なかは５つに仕切られていますのでオードブルを数種もったり、
お刺身を盛って１つを醤油入れにするような使い方もできます。

今回はこの透明釉で仕上げたもの１点のみが残ります
店頭で出せるにはまだ試行錯誤が要りそうです。

秋の新着商品のご紹介

少しずつですが、秋冬ものの器を入荷し始めています。
朝夕だんだんと涼しくなってきていますが、先日仕入れに行った信楽高原にて
空気の澄みぐあい、緑のあせ始めたかんじ、すこし早い秋のおとずれを肌で感じられました。
今回のおすすめは1〜2人づかいにちょうどいいサイズ6号の土鍋です。

北村陶房"KITAMURA POTTERY"のご紹介

陶芸家　北村大輔さんと北村清香さん、ご夫婦によるかわいい器のご紹介です。
最近とても人気の猫シリーズですが、なかでも当店の一番人気は北村陶房さんの六猫息災シリーズ！
形状はあたたかみのある轆轤ひきで、茶碗・湯飲み・皿・豆皿・ティーカップ・マグカップ・徳利・ぐい飲みと普段使いできるものが揃っています。絵は一点一点手描きによるもので【無病息災】を願って描かれています。

【無病息災】とは「仏様の息で病気や災いを吹き飛ばしていつまでも健康でいる」という意味です
陶芸の分野では昔からうつわに瓢箪（ひょうたん）を六つ描いて無病息災を表す手法が一般的ですが、【猫】が【びょう】と読めることから、六匹の猫で無病息災を祈って描かれています

"無病息災(Mu-Byou-Soku-Sai)" that words mean "For the perfect state of health".
"六(Mu)" means six,and "猫(Neko)" means a cat in Japanese.
"猫" has the reading of called "Byou",too.
Therefore,"六猫（Mu-Byou)" does a reading of same as "無病(Mu-Byou)".
In other words "six cat" are mascots not to get sick.

When you walk around in Japan,you can find a baked pottery animal at front of store,tavern,private house. It is Shigaraki Tanuki well known as lucky charm for store owners to prosperous their business.
not only lovely looking but also there is meaning for items what they having in their hands,and wearing.It's called "八相縁起" (eight lucky items).

Nanbu kettle is a cast iron kettle made with the skill of nanbu-tekki.
Iwate.pref is proud of the Nanbu tekki as a representative of Japanese traditional crafts.
It has long history as 900 years,It used in usualy as boiling a water for cooking,sometime it used in the tea ceremony.
